Commissioned by the Westgerman Broadcast Cologne, Andy Miles composed his symphonic fantasy "Bridges" for the project "Da capo Syria".

The work was performed together with Syrian musicians in a concert by the WDR Funkhausorchester Cologne under the direction of it's chief conductor, Wayne Marshall.
